1.                  Call to order.

 

2.                  Notice of the meeting was posted Thursday, October 29, 2015.

 

3.                  Approve the minutes of the meeting of Wednesday, October 28, 2015.

 

4.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Metro Parking Garage. (Document Received)

 

Contract No. 1546 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Kevin Fruendt.

Contract No. 1515 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Abby Allford.

 

5.         Discussion and possible action to approve renewal Accounting Services Agreement with Steve Landreth, CPA, P.L.L.C. for the term beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016. Requisition No. 11601641 in the amount of $2,600.00 has been issued to Steve Landreth CPA PLLC from Public Buildings Authority Fund/Metro Parking Garage/Professional Services Other (7030/3300/54455).  Requisition No.11600849 in the amount of $280.00 has been issued to Steve Landreth CPA PLLC from Public Buildings Authority Fund/Lincoln Bldg/Professional Services Other (7030/2803/54455). Requisition No. 11600170 in the amount of $285.00 has been issued to Landreth & Associates CPA s PC from Public Buildings Authority Fund/Investor s Capital Building/ Professional Services Other (7030/3400/54455), contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Facilities Management, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney. (Document Received)

 

6.         Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.  (Document Received)

 

7.         Citizen participation:  Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.

 

8.         New business:   In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S.   311.A.9, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the agenda.
